HARMINI “Come Home”

Christian rap artist/recording artist “Harmini” AMTC 2009 Summer Convention in Orlando, Florida ‘TOP 40’ showcase in TV commercials and received the TV commercial model award. Then at AMTC 2011 Songwriting Competition ‘SHINE’ earned him the album Semi-finalist. In 2011 at the American Idol Auditions held is New Orleans, LA he moved to the 4th round in the competition judged by celebrity judges.

Harmini opened a show in Baton Rouge LA upon receiving a personal invitation from Jordan Dorsey & Lauren Turner who were in the TOP 24 chosen artist’s from Season 10 of American Idol. His original song “If I Go Away” was selected as one of the music compositions for the movie “The 7”.

Harmini wrote original lyrics and recorded them on the album “FREE TO DANCE” composed by Cheskob with Cslate Records. He also co-directed, produced, and wrote the written story for the music video to his original song “If I Go Away”.

Harmini’s “Oh Jerusalem” soundtrack was featured as the radio opener for Duche Bradley’s “The X L Factor” radio show with I Am Second. He co-directed, produced, and wrote the written story for the music video to his original song “Against The Ropes”. He was honored to be opening act for the Guns and Hoses 2013 12th annual boxing tournament at the Allen Event Center in Allen Tx.
His music video “Against The Ropes” and co-produced short film “A Meaning Full Life” in which Harmini was the principle actor for “Odus Parker” was featured in an articles written by the Dallas Morning and the Denton Times Newspaper.

Harmini’s “IF I GO AWAY” music video was featured on CBS news channel 8, ABC news channel 11, KSLA news channel 12, and WENY-TV (ABC & CBS news documentary) Twin Tiers, NY. The song/video also feature on RapZilla, Platinum Souls, 50 cent’s (the rap world famous rap artist) website “Thisis50.com”, 3HP Chronicles, Holy Culture, Spiritual Minded Magazine and the Dallas Observer.

Harmini was featured in the Houston Newspaper “King Size View” by King Arthur Praythur for his outstanding performance at the 2011 LoneStarIdol finalists’ competition. After thousands of Artists subjected themselves, their music and their talent to be judged and voted on by the public, only 15 people were chosen to compete in the Finalist competition. Harmini was among the Top 15 chosen artists. Harmini finished the showcase ranking 5th place as a Lone Star Idol finalist, with a live performance to his original song “Makes You Proud Of Me.”
