We’ve all seen the stereotypes of positive message hip-hop: usually just a watered down half-baked form of the original. But that’s not the case here. Qwiet’s coming out the woodwork and taking on the test of refreshing a very stigmatized genre/concept, and he’s doing a great job. The video for his single “To The Sky” is an interesting look into the complecated lives of women of the current and younger generation, along with scenes of him performing with his associates, Cody Wood and Morgan Paros, in an abandoned city building.

The video, “Who I Am,” is an interesting play on a man bordering on the line of insanity. It keeps you in suspense with evidence of what looks to be a case of arson.
