Yohamna
Yohamna Solange Rodriguez was born in the beautiful island of Dominican Republic in the city of Santo Domingo. Yohamna started her passion of music in a very early age, inspired by her mother whom was a popular singer in Dominican Republic. Since early age she always dreamed to follow her mother footsteps and become a music artist. She started to reveal her talents in patricipating in school events in the United States in Tampa, FL. She worked her way up from being a model for modeling agencies patricipating in runaways and model shoots to recording her first music in 2006 when Yohamna joined a independant music developing team “Kontractz Ent”. She recorded her first single under the team named “My Night” which caused alot of buzz in the local Tampa Bay area. She performed her first single at events taking place at; MIrage and Boomerang. Following up to her single, Yohamna soon did compilation songs with Skilla and Skrayt to be part Kontractz first compilation mixtape “In Between the Lines” on songs such as “We Gon Get” and “Close Up”. Yohamna reached full success in her follow up solo since “My NIght” with her single “Just Ride” featuring Skrayt. The song has attracted many new fans for her and gave her an identity of her music as well.
