Dangerous Rob

ROBERT C. DANIELS, ALSO KNOWN AS DANGEROUS ROB, is a seasoned veteran IN THE RECORD INDUSTRY WITH MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH PRODUCTION, PROMOTION, AND PUBLISHING.
He recorded his first rap record at the age of 15 with a group named THOB-MOB and he went on to the university where he performed in talent shows and rap contests. Ultimately, he put his educational goals aside and released his second record. With the combined forces of Partners-N-Rhyme a local rap group, this record was distributed nationwide and the group spent a great deal of time in Los Angeles. Their record independently sold more than 10,000 copies of the single “Cold Chillin in the Middle”. This popularity allowed Dangerous Rob to propel his career and perform with many big named artists like LL Cool J, Run DMC, and Juvenile to name a few.
Dangerous Rob simply explains his style is founded in “Middleism.” ‘Middleism’ is a style that adds a lighter touch to gangsta rap, yet still keeps the brutal honesty gangsta rap is famous for. In addition to the rave review in Murder Dog Magazine, Dangerous Rob has been nominated for a Spotnik award for best hip hop/rap artist on several occasions by the Tulsa World.
Currently, Rob’s label, FREEDAM Records, has relocated to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and is making great strides with national and international efforts to promote the popular single, WOW! The video has been linked to sites in Australia, Ireland, and Japan with more sites adding regularly. With the debut of the high-definition WOW! video on YouTube, the story-telling abilities of Dangerous Rob come to life and is filled with twists, turns, and comedic sketches, too.
