Pandora’s Bliss

It comes hard, it comes impulsive, sometimes tricky but always kissed by passion. Hard-hitting, uncompromising broadsides meet sensitive melodic grooveparts. No matter if it is a fast, aggressiv-provoking powerrocktrack or a solemn sensual-deep rockballad – the songs of this double-female-fronted powertrio are always a true statement!

PANDORA’S BLISS offer explosive Alternative Rock touching all styles of the genre when they present their songs with an obviously boundless joy to play, what was prooved by playing more than 200 shows all over Europe:

Among many other shows the trio has been playing the legendary FESTIVALKULTT! (GER), the INTERNATIONAL MUSIKMARATHON(BE), the OMI-OPEN (GER) and supported tours of U.S. BOMBS, Pat Smear`s THE GERMS, HAMMERHEAD, K`s CHOICE, THERAPY?, and DIE HAPPY all over Europe. Furthermore PANDORA’s BLISS were the 2nd awarded finalist at the “Rock am Ring Contest 2010”. They also played at Hamburgs Grünspan Große Freiheit the live-act for the 2011 Rock’n’Roll Wrestling Bash.

Their first single “BREED MY DYE” has been Nr. 2 in the German Alternative Charts and Nr. 3 on the national radio stations BRF1 and Radio Namür and was into rotation on important radio stations in Germany like You FM, SWR, BRF1, Einslive, Das Ding, Radio Fritz, Bizarre Radio, Bit Express, Deutschlandradio, RBB, Free FM, RB Nordwestradio, MDR Radio eins & Radio Namur.

As PANDORA they released their debut Album “MELANCHOLIC FREEDOM” in 2010 which is being distributed by Indierhythm/Radar Music in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Sweden, Canada, The UK and the USA.

The band’s 2nd musicvideo “POST-VOMIT-LINES” is being aired on MTV Belgium, Tape TV, Noise Channel and Motor TV and also featured on the official homepage of Marshall Germany. Another music video (“Bottle Of Wine”) was produced by MINIMAL CINEMA in Los Angeles and released in June 2011.

In winter 2011 the movie “Anton Perich – The breathless ride of a generation” again produced by MINIMAL CINEMA was released. It is an official documentary about the international artist and photographer ANTON PERICH, showing exclusive and yet unpublished material about THE FACTORY, the whole scene around ANDY WARHOL and the legendary STUDIO 54 for which PANDORA’ BLISS delivered the soundtrack of the trailer.

In October 2011 their second full lenght album has been recorded by producer Jason Rubal (The Cure, Dresden Dolls) at Seventh Wave Studios in Harrisbug, USA that will be released on BELLAPHON worldwide at June, 29th 2012. By the advice of BELLAPHON the band decided in April 2012 to change their name into PANDORA’s BLISS to avoid copyrigt-conflicts and for a better differentiation in the “worldwide jungle of artist names”.

At the end of April 2012 the band will start touring Japan for 2 weeks together with their close italian friends BETTY POISON. Afterwards in May PANDORA’s BLISS will be playing a 3-week tour through the United States.
